Principle

When raw materials enter the permanent magnetic drum’s magnetic field, magnetic substances are attracted to the drum surface by the permanent magnet assembly. As the drum rotates, non - magnetic materials fall off under gravity and centrifugal force, while magnetic ones are carried to the discharge port, completing separation.

Appliacation in Production Line

The high efficiency magnetic drum is installed on the incineration bottom ash(IBA) wet separation production line to adsorb and remove iron materials, preventing damage to equipment in subsequent processes. It can also separate iron materials simply and quickly for recycling.
