Application

Ruijie flexible mobile trommel screen WS1230 with high efficiency, is widely used for grading materials of different particle sizes and screening out impurities, in mining and stone processing, sand and gravel production line, coal washing industry.

Principle

The material enters the hopper and falls evenly and accurately onto the conveyor belt, which then stably and continuously feeds the material into the interior of the drum screen.
Driven by a motor, the drum rotates at a constant speed, and the material forms a parabolic trajectory as it moves with the rotation of the drum.
Material smaller than the screen hole size are discharged into the trough at the bottom and conveyed to the next section via an independent conveyor belt.
Oversized materials are discharged from the end along the axis of the drum. Through this sequential process, the entire screening operation is successfully completed.
