Application

Working Principle

The Spiral Sand Washing Machine uses a rotating spiral structure and water flow to clean and classify materials.

After entering the washing tank, materials are continuously stirred and moved by the rotating spiral blade. The upward water flow separates light impurities, dust, and fine particles from the useful materials.

Clean materials are gradually transported upward by the spiral blade and discharged, while impurities and wastewater are removed through the overflow system.
