Application

The spiral sand washing machine is primarily designed for washing, grading, and removing impurities from large volumes of sand and gravel materials. It is widely used in construction sites, sand and gravel plants, prefabrication factories, mineral processing plants, and hydropower stations.
Principle

When the sand washing machine is working, the motor decelerates through the reducer and drives the spiral blade to rotate slowly; the sand enters the washing tank from the feed trough, rolls under the drive of the spiral blade, and grinds each other to remove some impurities that cover the sand surface and destroy the water vapor layer that covers the sand for facilitating dehydration.
Meanwhile, adding water creates a strong water flow, which promptly eliminates impurities and low-specific-gravity foreign matters inside and outside the sand, discharging them through the overflow outlet. After impurities are cleaned, the sand is carried by the spiral blade and finally pushed into the discharge chute by the rotating spiral blade to complete the discharge process.
