Principle
When the spiral sand washing machine operates, the spiral blade rotates under the drive of the electric motor. The sand and gravel enter the cleaning tank from the feed trough, then roll under the driving force of the spiral blade and grind against one another.This processing removes impurities on the sand surface and breaks the water-vapor layer covering the sand, facilitating dehydration.Driven by the spiral, the sand and gravel move from a lower position to a higher one, and the cleaned sand and gravel rotate into the discharge tank, thus completing the sand and gravel cleaning process.
