Application

Principle

When the spiral sand washing machine operates, the spiral blades are driven to rotate by an electric motor. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank through the feed trough, then tumble and grind against each other under the propulsion of the spiral blades. This process effectively removes surface impurities from the sand particles and breaks the water-vapor layer covering the sand, which facilitates subsequent dehydration.

Structure

The spiral sand washing machine is composed of a feed inlet, tank body, top cover, reducer and discharge outlet. Raw material enters through the feed inlet, is cleaned inside the tank body, and the finished sand is discharged via the discharge outlet, with the reducer providing power for the spiral mechanism.
