The Ruijie industrial iron hammer crusher utilizes high-speed impact as its core crushing mechanism.
When material enters the hammer mill, it is immediately subjected to the impact of rapidly rotating hammers, initiating primary crushing. The fragmented material gains kinetic energy from the hammers and is propelled against the machine’s internal baffles and grate bars.
As materials collide with each other and the internal components, they undergo repeated secondary crushing. Particles smaller than the grate bar gaps are discharged immediately, while larger pieces remain in the crushing chamber. These larger materials are re-impacted, ground, and squeezed against the grate bars until they are reduced to the desired particle size and pass through the gaps, ensuring a uniformly crushed end product.
