Application
RUIJIE Stone Hammer Crusher is widely applied in mining, building materials, slag and other industries. It can perform medium and fine crushing on materials of medium hardness or below, such as barite, limestone, terrazzo, silica sand, coal, coke, gypsum, aluminum sulfate, and slag.
Principle
The motor rotor drives the hammerheads on it to rotate at high speed.
Materials to be crushed are fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding equipment, and the high-speed rotating rotor first drives the hammerheads to strike the materials.
After gaining kinetic energy, the materials collide with the impact plate at high speed, undergoing secondary crushing.
During the collision, the materials gradually move toward the lining plate at the lower part of the crushing chamber.
When their particle size becomes smaller than the gap between the hammerheads and the lining plate, they exit the crushing chamber under their own gravity and pressure from other materials, completing a full crushing process.
