High Performance Adaptable Integrated Gold Mining Machinery

Application

Ruijie gold mining machinery is integrated with dewatering screen, screw conveyor,  saw-tooth wave jig machine, shake table. Thus, this machinery with strong adaptability, large processing capacity, is widely used in gold mining industry and other mineral processing industry. 

Principle

First, the crushed gold ore falls from the hopper into the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen uses exciting force to screen and classify the materials. The classified materials are conveyed to the Sawtooth wave jig concentrator by a screw conveyor. The jig separates minerals by specific gravity in vertically variable-speed flowing water, separating coarse and fine gold-bearing ores.

Then, through the combined action of the eddy current and the bed surface of the shaking table, the gold with the highest density is sorted out by density.
