Principle

Ruijie TJ30100 gold mining machinery employs a multi-stage gravity separation process to efficiently extract high-purity gold from crushed ore:

  1. Vibrating Screen Classification

    Crushed gold ore is fed into a vibrating screen, where exciting force separates and classifies materials by particle size. This ensures only appropriately sized ore proceeds to subsequent stages, optimizing separation efficiency.

  2. Screw Conveyor Transport

    Classified ore is conveyed to the saw-tooth wave jig concentrator via a screw conveyor, which provides stable, continuous material flow to maintain consistent processing.

  3. Jig Gravity Separation

    The jig concentrator separates minerals by specific gravity in vertically variable-speed flowing water. This stage divides coarse and fine gold-bearing ores, enriching the gold content in the concentrate.
