Application

Principle

▶The Dewatering Screen uses four side-plate vibration motors to generate controlled linear vibration. The motors operate synchronously in opposite directions, and the centrifugal forces generated by the eccentric blocks combine to form a directional excitation force.
▶The resulting vibration moves the material forward along the screen deck while water and fine particles pass through the screen openings.
▶The excitation force can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the feed: higher excitation can be applied to drier materials, while lower excitation is suitable for wetter materials. Dewatered material is discharged from the end of the screen.
