Application

Principle

In the process of work for the electromagnetic over-band separator, iron material on the conveyor belt gets adsorbed on the surface of the track once it reaches the bottom part of the electromagnetic group. The rotating track allows the iron material to rotate into a non-magnetic field region and fall off into the hopper automatically, which means that continuous and automatic iron removal is achieved.

Operation

RUIJIE electromagnetic overband separator is designed with adjustable magnetic force, controlling by the matching electric controlcabinet, reliable and high efficiency.
It is usually suspended above the production line with steel wire ropes. The height between the crawler belt and the conveyor belt is adjusted via the steel wire ropes on the suspension lugs.
