Application
The jig separator machine features a small footprint and easy operation. Principle
The sawtooth wave jig machine is an energy-efficient gravity separation device developed and improved from traditional jig machine, based on the theoretical stratification law of the jig bed. Its jigging pulsation curve is sawtooth, resulting in faster rising water flow than the falling water flow. With short rising time and long falling time, it overcomes the drawbacks of sine-wave pulsation curve jigs—where rising and falling water flows and their acting times are equal—enhances bed looseness, reduces suction effects, enables full settlement of heavy ore particles, and significantly improves the equipment’s sorting capacity and recovery rate.
